Having introduced the full-dress Interstate with the GL1100, Honda used the GL1200 '84 to refine the Gold Wing's fairing so that it would come across as a basic part of the bike and not as an afterthought. The new model Interstate (still called De Luxe in Europe) had an automotive-style instrument panel up front and increased luggage capacity in back: 38 liters (1.3 cu ft) in each saddlebag plus another 63 liters (2.2 cu ft) in the trunk.
Old Bike Barn offers a wide selection of parts to keep old motorcycles on the road. Things like engine gasket sets, carburetor kits, fork seals, levers, cables, brake pads and more to help you resurrect and maintain your Honda GL1200 Gold Wing. We also believe that any machine can be turned into a Café Racer, Street Tracker, Bobber or Chopper and we offer a wide selection of parts to retrofit almost any beast in those traditional styles. Our team rides and wrenches so feel free to reach out if you have questions about your Honda GL1200 Gold Wing!
